And what is a hookup anyway? Find out where you can connect with others for conversations about alternative sexualities, safe and fulfilling sex, and healthy relationships. Reflect and unwind from the week at Windhover. This reflection period will offer basic meditation skills, as well as encourage a regular meditation practice, deepen your ability for self-reflection, and offer instruction on how meditation can be useful during moments of anxiety and stress.
