Academic & Educational Support Administrator
Chia-Huan is originally from Taiwan and brings over 20 years of higher education experience to Stanford. In his role as Academic & Educational Support Administrator, he tracks all undergraduate student academic progress and policy exception requests, manages and analyzes associated data, and oversees administration and processing of Academic Progress Reviews.
Chia-Huan has an extensive background in teaching, research, and administrative roles in academic advising, student services, admissions and enrollment management, and international education. Prior to joining the Stanford Academic Advising team within the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, he worked at Georgia Tech’s MBA Program Office and Career Center conducting data analysis, and supporting MBA admissions and recruitment efforts, student engagement activities, and career services operations. Before joining Georgia Tech, Chia-Huan worked at UC Berkeley as an Institutional Research Analyst. He received his Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the State University of New York at Albany.
