Job Opportunity Fraud Targeting Students

The university’s Information Security Office is alerting the community to a recent scam targeting Stanford students with fraudulent part-time job opportunities. A handful of students have reportedly fallen victim to the scam in the past few months, which led to personal financial loss. Find out how to protect yourself!

What to Expect During the Program

Bing Honors College (BHC) is a two-week program in early September for students actively engaged in researching and drafting their Honors theses.

Program Dates

September 6 —September 22, 2022 

We expect to run the College on campus in 2022, though dates and programming are subject to change in response to public health measures.

Learning

You work individually and collectively and meet with your faculty leader; in addition, each Bing Honors College disciplinary cohort organizes group activities to help you develop skills needed for successful scholarship.

Residence Life

In a typical year, you live in a residence hall with other BHC participants for the first ten days of the program and share meals together.
