We are very pleased to announce that there are new internship positions available for qualified Stanford students enrolled in the Florence Program in Spring 2019. Emilio Pucci, one of the world’s most prestigious and well-known luxury fashion houses, wants you to be a part of the the Heritage Ream! The internships will average 15-20 hours per week and will begin the week of April 1 and end the week of June 3. Emilio Pucci: Sustainable Luxury Internship

The Emilio Pucci Heritage Team is looking for young talents who can bring forward a project identifying how ethical social and environmental behavior can be added to the existing brand strategy.

THE ROLE

At a time when consumers, employees and businesses have an unprecedented interest and alignment with positive social and environmental impacts, Emilio Pucci is looking for strategic and analytically minded candidates who can document and identify how the brand can develop sustainable and responsible practices, product and collaborations to meet the environmental and social needs of tomorrow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a written document and presentation based on primary and secondary research:

Defining relevant trend and latest industry advances to

  • Reduce resource consumption
  • Minimize pollution
  • Increase transparency and traceability
  • Recycle and reuse fabric
  • Promote parity and diversity

Studying pioneering sustainable business models

Benchmarking competitor’s best practices

Monitoring government initiatives and funding

Evaluating collaboration opportunities received by Emilio Pucci

Proposing new practices, product and collaborations for Emilio Pucci

REQUIREMENTS

Open to undergraduates with the following skills:

  • An innovator with familiarity in the fashion luxury sector
  • Ability to manage and track trends and statistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious, strategic 360 thinking is a must
