Summer Bridge Student Staff positions

Main content start

One of the most impactful parts of participating in a summer bridge program for incoming students is the opportunity to work with and be mentored by current undergraduates and graduate students.  Our wonderful student staff – from RAs to course assistants, teaching assistants, and program assistants – make these experiences possible.

Current Stanford students: read on below for opportunities to work with the new Stanford Summer Bridge Program and its first cohort of Bridge Scholars this summer!

Residential Assistants (RAs)

The program’s Residential Assistants (RAs) live on-campus, in the dorms, with program participants, providing mentorship and program support; fostering an inclusive environment; and creating opportunities for cohort- and community-building for the Bridge Scholars participating in the on-campus session of the new Summer Bridge Program.

Grad Residential Assistants (GRAs)

The Graduate Residential Assistants (GRAs) live in the dorms with the students and the RAs, providing program support during our on-campus session, supporting the overall mission of the program by fostering an environment that contributes to the academic, intellectual, personal, and social development of the Bridge Scholars.
